I ran over a piece of metal and had a huge hole in my tire! I brought my car in and they repaired my tire. Got me right in, and fixed my issue! Recommend 10/10 hands down

Needed a tire patch this morning and stopped by Grays, they got me in and out super quick! Great customer service, friendly staff, and an all around easy experience. I’ll definitely recommend them to others and will absolutely be back. Thanks again!

Not only is the work insanely over priced but they do not stand behind their work or their word. I was charged 6 hours labor and $1300 for 1 exhaust manifold gasket. I was told it was best if they kept it overnight so they could start the work first thing the next morning. I got a call less than 2 hours after they opened saying it was repaired and ready to go. They wanted an additional $500 to replace plugs, wires, and coil on a 2004 Ranger!!! They gave me their word that if I paid them to replace the gasket, then new plugs and wires, the issue would be resolved. Not only did they not resolve the issue but it was running much worse. I would've gotten better performance had I rolled the window down and thrown the $1300 out of it. The check engine light was on and the truck was running so rough at idle alone, it would kick a drink right out of the cup holder. I should've ran out of that shop like my hair was on 🔥 fire as soon as they quoted $500 for plugs and wires. They are over priced and unethical. They lied in my face about the hours of labor and guaranteeing their work would resolve the issue. When I brought it back they had the audacity to ask for another $180 to diagnose thie

I am very appreciative of the staff at Gary's Tire! On a road trip, I happened to pick up a couple nails and a screw in two tires .. they got my car in, taken care of, and back on the road. Fast and professional, highly recommend them! Thank you!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARY'S!!! 🥰 & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU •NEVER• USE TIRE CITY & AUTO ON ATLANTA HIGHWAY in MONTGOMERY, AL!! FIRST OFF LET'S TALK ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL GARY'S IS!! It was 02.27.2026 & 10 till 9:30AM probably 5 till. I showed up, upset, it was my mother's birthday & unfortunately my own personal vehicle broke down for good 3 days before Christmas. Merry Christmas to me, lol. So my dad whose a retired Marine has been letting me borrow his truck. The word "marine" should explain to you how strick & mean he can be over the littlest things. Well I walk outside this very morning to take my daughter to school to a completely flat tire. I freaked!! Being a normal flat any normal person really wouldn't freak but being my situation with my dad, I did. Well I drove to 4 different places none willing to help. Except for the joke of a company Tire Cuty & Auto & the guy there thought he was gonna run one over on me just like he did my father 3 yes prior. Than God spoke to me and said, "You need to get your keys and truck & leave & Go!" I did just that. Did no business w/ them, thank goodness. I than ran into someone right after that said, "Go to Gary's!!" So I did & I am so gl
